I think I am underestimating core workouts, as it looks like you do them almost daily and I am lucky to do them twice a week.
What is the water category for?
I hate drinking water when I’m not running. I’m better if I chart it. And I’m just overcompensating with the core workouts for the 38 years I didn’t do them.
I want to do an art installation made up entirely of homemade schedules.
